Product Introduction
Minstrong desulfurization catalyst is mainly composed of chemically activated copper oxide, which has a high specific surface area and strong adsorption. It can adsorb sulfur dioxide and sulfur trioxide and combine them to form salt. It has the advantages of high desulfurization accuracy, rapid desulfurization, stable and reliable performance.
Below is the reaction equation for catalytic deoxygenation :
SO2 +CuO = CuSO3
SO3 +CuO = CuSO4
When the material is saturated with sulfur oxides, it can be heated to release pure sulfur dioxide and sulfur trioxide. At higher temperatures, sulfur trioxide will decompose into sulfur dioxide and oxygen. The released sulfur dioxide will become the raw material for the production of sulfuric acid. The regenerated material can be reactivated and used again for desulfurization.
