Urgent delivery of 20 tons of ozone decomposition catalyst helped European customers achieve project success

With the joint efforts of Minstrong's technical team and customer project engineers, after two years of laboratory testing and engineering testing, Minstrong's high-quality ozone decomposition catalyst finally passed all tests and obtained permission to be officially used in the project, which will bring higher profits to the customer's project.

This project requires up to 20 tons of ozone decomposition catalyst, and the time is very urgent.  the delivery time is a huge challenge. Minstrong's production team decided to make the greatest efforts to help customers solve the catalyst needs and avoid project delays.

Minstrong has 5 production lines, and the catalyst production capacity reaches 5 tons per day. The production team decided to put all the equipment into the production of these 20 tons of ozone decomposition catalysts. The R&D team directly participates in product quality management and samples and tests each process of catalyst production to ensure that the quality of the catalyst is excellent. Through nearly 8 days of continuous production, Minstrong completed the production task of 20 tons of catalysts. On the day when the catalyst was packed, Minstrong's foreign trade team directly arranged a vehicle to send the catalyst to the airport, and on the third day, the 20 tons of catalyst were shipped directly to Europe by plane. Before the catalyst arrived at the destination airport, Minstrong's foreign trade team had prepared all the customs clearance materials and issued all the tonnage certificates required by REACH regulations, helping the customer get the goods as quickly as possible. Minstrong completed the delivery task ahead of schedule, allowing the customer's project to successfully complete the catalyst loading work, which is the last work before the entire system is put into operation.

This emergency delivery experience is not only Minstrong's greatest support to customers, but also a proof of Minstrong's strong supply capacity.
