In order to meet the protection requirements of gas masks against carbon monoxide, Minstrong has developed a 12-20 mesh hopcalite catalyst, which is used in the manufacture of fire masks with desiccants, and can be used to manufacture comprehensive gas masks together with other agents.
In order to help gas mask and fire mask manufacturers improve their market competitiveness, reduce the manufacturing cost of masks, and improve the protection performance against carbon monoxide, Minstrong continues to carry out research and development.
Minstrong's R&D team focused on improving the catalytic activity of the catalyst based on the usage characteristics of the gas mask, and finally made new progress in June 2024. Compared with the old product, the new 12-20 mesh hopcalite catalyst has a 50% improvement in performance, which will enable the gas mask to cope with higher concentrations of carbon monoxide.
The first batch of 200KG catalysts we officially produced will be shipped to fire mask manufacturers in the United States this week. They will be used alternately with Carulite300 12x20 mesh to enhance the stability of their catalyst supply.
In order to meet the needs of European customers, we are rushing to produce 5 tons of catalysts, which will be shipped to European gas mask manufacturers this month.
